A. Snatch grip Dead lift

pause @ knee for 2 sec. w/ 4 sec. lower

4 Rm @ 90% feel while maintaining a good back positioning off the ground in 8-10 minutes

B. Workout

minute 1 = 10 DL + 5 HPC @ 135/95

minute 2 = 15-20 wall balls, 20/14#

minute 3 = 15 burpees over the barbell

minute 4 = active rest = walk around/ bike

x5 rounds

C. Finisher (for those who have time)

1 set max doubles unders

1 set max farmers hold @ 70/55# per hand

rest 1-2 minutes
