A1. Incline Bench Press

set up bench so it’s on 2×45’s for incline

over 5 sets build to a tough set of 5 reps

A2. Weighted pull up

build each set to a tough triple

B. Workout

2 minutes on / 2 minutes off for 5 rounds

10 pull ups

20 deficit push ups

calories on AB

**scale up the pull ups to CTB or 5 bar MU

**deficit push ups can be regular push ups or 10 clappying push ups

**AB should be a repeatable effort inthe 70-80% range for all rounds
