CONDITIONING

Performance

The science of this class is based in Maximum Aerobic Power Training.  We use a variety of interval based workouts set to paced music to create a motivating and heart pumping workout.  Taking this class regularly will help increase V02 max levels which will help performance as well as overall health.  Class intensity is all relevant based off each athlete’s individual fitness level.  A recovery component is also offered during this time for those looking to take a break but would also like to sweat a little bit.
