“Balance” is the true essence of this program. Having balanced muscle groups as well as symmetrical movement will help create structure in the body and from there strength. Creating symmetry in the body planes also help prevent injury both short and long term as to where joints and muscle groups are no longer compensating for weaknesses. This class is comprised of a variety of classic strong man/woman exercises focused around the abdominals and “Core” joints. This class is meant for all fitness levels novice through Experienced.
