Olympic Skill

The Class

This class puts emphasis on proper body positioning, Joint Stability, and Technique in all of they olympic lifts.  These lifts include the Clean, the jerk, and the Snatch.  Accessory work starts off the session so that these movements can performed safely.  A strength component ends each class.  We recommend at least 6 months of crossfit experience before coming to this class.  This class meets every Thursday at 5:30 pm.
