I’ve played Sports my whole life , Including basketball since the age of 7 and cross country, track and field since the age of 12…I’ve always had a great love for fitness. After my last season of basketball I knew I still wanted to be a part of a team, community and something to keep me Active and in shape. I found CrossFit when I was 17 years old. Once I did my first workout “Helen “I was hooked. From there I became very avid about competing in the sport of CrossFit. After a few years of training for the sport I wanted to make crossfit a bigger part of my life. With the help of a few mentors I got my Level 1 and started coaching classes. I began to love the human body, how it works and how different movements effect it. I truly love coaching and have made it one of the most important parts of my life. I currently study business management at the University of New Haven but will be graduating and then switching my focus into a more medical field so I can continue to work with the human body everyday.
